What is Yazi?

A market research platform that allows you to survey a targeted audience segment that is typically hard to reach digitally by utilising our research panel. Surveys run entirely through WhatsApp (the app with highest penetration rate in SA), allowing access to a much larger segment whilst also being faster, more cost-effective, and highly personalised.

Why should I use Yazi?

Yazi enables businesses to directly survey their target audience. Get market research data, do product validation, recruit user testers all through Yazi.

How does your pricing compare to competitors?

Through extensive market research we found that the average price of a qualified survey response is R110 (R40 - R350) using digital survey methods. The average price of a survey response using offline methods asking the same number of questions was R350 (R300 - R500).

Yazi allows businesses who were previously forced to use offline methods to survey their customers, to instead use Yazi's digital WhatsApp method.
