Company

About Yazi

Yazi is changing how companies understand their customers. We are the world's #1 WhatsApp-native research platform, enabling brands, agencies and researchers to run surveys, AI-moderated interviews and diary studies directly through WhatsApp. We capture text, voice notes, photos and videos and use AI to turn them into actionable insights.

Operating across 25+ countries, Yazi sits at the intersection of SaaS, research, AI and services. We are a fast-moving company in an even faster-moving category.

The role

The role

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who can think strategically and execute exceptionally well. This is not a role where you write briefs and wait for other people to make things. You'll help decide what Yazi should say, how we should say it, where we should show up, and then make it happen.

One day you might build a campaign around a new product feature. The next, you could design a LinkedIn asset, write sharp copy, turn original research into a story with viral potential, update a landing page, create sales collateral or help launch a global report.

You'll own the day-to-day execution of Yazi's brand and marketing engine, working directly with the Head of Marketing & Insights and CEO. You'll have support and strategic direction, but we need someone who doesn't need to be managed day-to-day: someone who can spot an opportunity, take ownership and run with it.

Responsibilities

What you'll own

Brand & Creative

  • Turn product launches, research, company moments and ideas into strong creative campaigns.
  • Create high-quality assets across social, digital, presentations, reports, events and sales collateral.
  • Protect and evolve Yazi's visual and verbal identity.
  • Write sharp, simple and memorable copy, translating complex research and technology into stories people actually want to read.
  • Bring strong graphic design ability and visual judgement across typography, layout, hierarchy and storytelling.

Content, Social & Channels

  • Own the marketing and content calendar from planning through publication.
  • Maintain a consistent weekly publishing rhythm across Yazi's channels.
  • Create, schedule and manage content across company channels and key leadership profiles.
  • Produce graphics, carousels, short-form video and other social-first assets.
  • Spot cultural, industry and topical conversations Yazi can credibly enter.
  • Develop ideas designed not just to be published, but to earn attention, conversation and organic reach.
  • Measure performance and continuously improve hooks, formats, creative and distribution.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Develop and own the execution of integrated campaigns that build awareness, demand and commercial opportunity.
  • Turn proprietary Yazi research, customer stories and product releases into campaigns and repeatable content franchises.
  • Create landing pages, email campaigns and supporting campaign assets.
  • Work with Commercial on lead-generation and sales-enablement materials.
  • Test messaging, creative and channels, then use performance data to improve.

Product Marketing

  • Understand Yazi deeply enough to market the product intelligently across both SaaS and services.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and compelling positioning.
  • Support launches with messaging, demos, explainers, case studies and customer proof.
  • Work across Product, Insights and Commercial to find and develop stories worth telling.

Marketing Operations

  • Manage the marketing schedule, production pipeline and deadlines so work consistently ships.
  • Coordinate internal contributors and external partners where required.
  • Manage website and digital content updates and maintain organised brand and marketing asset libraries.
  • Track key marketing metrics and improve the systems behind execution.
How we work with AI

AI is part of the job.

We see AI as a working partner, not an occasional productivity tool. You should already be using AI to make yourself faster, more creative and more effective. We want someone who naturally asks: “How can AI help me do this faster, better or differently?”

  • Use AI for research, ideation, copy development, creative exploration and rapid prototyping.
  • Use AI to analyse performance, repurpose research, support design and video production, and automate repetitive workflows.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and build them into Yazi's marketing workflow where they create leverage.

Knowing how to prompt ChatGPT is not the bar.

Using AI to meaningfully increase the quality and volume of what you can produce is.

Requirements

What we're looking for

You'll likely have 3–6 years of relevant experience, but your body of work matters more to us than the number of years on your CV.

  • Strong brand and marketing fundamentals with excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
  • Graphic design experience or demonstrably strong design ability. You should be able to create, not only brief.
  • Hands-on social media, content creation and channel management experience, ideally in B2B.
  • Experience taking campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools and an AI-first approach to getting work done.
  • An understanding of SaaS and product marketing, including how to market both software and services.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence using data to improve creative and marketing decisions.
  • Comfort with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent.
Bonus

Nice to have

  • PR, earned media or media-relations experience.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, AI, market research, insights or data.
  • Product marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, paid social, event marketing, Webflow, video production, CRM or marketing automation experience.
  • Experience building founder-led or executive social channels.
Ways of working

How you'll work

Own it. If something needs doing, your instinct is to figure out how to get it done.

Make it. You can move from idea to copy, design and execution without needing a large support structure around you.

Move quickly. Priorities change and opportunities appear unexpectedly. You can adapt and ship without lowering the bar.

Have taste. You know the difference between something being technically finished and genuinely good.

Think commercially. Marketing isn't decoration. It should build awareness, create demand, strengthen the brand and help grow the business.

Experiment. You're willing to try things, learn quickly and change direction when the evidence says you should.

Stay curious. You want to understand research, AI, WhatsApp, SaaS, our customers, culture and the markets around us.

Outcomes

What success looks like

  • Yazi has a consistent, distinctive and recognisable brand across every channel.
  • The weekly marketing and content calendar runs reliably without constant oversight.
  • Product launches have clear positioning and strong creative execution.
  • Our channels publish genuinely interesting content, not corporate filler.
  • Original research, customer stories and product capabilities consistently become compelling marketing assets.
  • We continuously test new ideas, formats, channels and creative approaches.
  • We understand what drives attention, engagement and demand and use that knowledge to improve.
  • The distance between “we should do this” and “it's live” gets dramatically shorter.
The offer

What we offer

A competitive package and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping a fast-growing technology brand. You'll work directly with Yazi's Head of Marketing & Insights and CEO, with real ownership over your work and the freedom to experiment, create and influence how Yazi shows up in the market.

This is an opportunity to do more than maintain an existing marketing machine. You'll help build it.

Applying

Sound like you?
Apply for this role.

Don't just send us a CV. Show us what you've made: campaigns, brands, social content, designs, videos, websites, writing or other projects you're proud of. Tell us about one piece of marketing you've seen recently that you wish you'd made, and why. We care about how you think, what you can make and the quality of your judgement as much as where you've worked.
